that’s life all the catalysts and strife teaching lessons making us grow stronger
and wiser we go higher when we learn from the pain and suffering and polarize positive

everything gets clearer but the darkness comes to light
to be polished in love gotta hold space for these feelings like a wounded dove because we are healing we’ve all been in the dirt so I’m holding feeling sacred cradling them in a blanket of love we can clean all the gunk of the past taking a bath in the breath of love and learning the lessons so are the best versions of ourselves because we’ve been polished
